How much is shipping?
Shipping is free over £25 and a flat rate of £3.99 for orders under £25
What's so speclal about Fizzel?
We are passionate about preserving and pickling! We make preserves for foodies - people who are adventurous and want to try new interesting flavour combinations. We don't use any preservatives in our products; we only use traditional preserving and pickling techniques.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the UK through our website, but if you have a special request please send to hello@fizzelpreserves.co.uk
My order is a gift, do you include prices within your packing slips?
There are no prices on our packing slips. Anything can be ordered through our website as a gift without you notifying us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders roughly take 5-8 days to arrive. We only ship twice a week, because we are a very small team. Please let us know if it is taking any longer.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, yes we are able to cancel. Please contact hello@fizzelpreserves.co.uk
My order arrived but some of the jars have smashed/ damaged?
Oh no! Please send an email with photos to hello@fizzelpreserves.co.uk and we will send out some new jars to you.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, we are able to do this. Please contact hello@fizzelpreserves.co.uk
Is your Fizzel commited to being sustainable?
Yes! We are a plastic free company. We only use local family-run businesses to supply our ingredients and packaging.
