Apple + Chilli Jelly

This is our bold twist on a classic preserve. Its bright, fruity flavour and gentle heat is a great replacement for jam, but this jelly really belongs on the cheeseboard! It's great alongside mellow cheeses like brie, but can also take on heavy-hitters like stilton. Made in small batches using traditional techniques, Bramley apples are set using their natural pectin with fresh lemon juice and a pinch of chilli flakes.
