When I buy a jam or marmalade I look for a good flavour, something different and good consistency. This marmalade ticks all those boxes and more. Nice thick pieces of grapefruit and then the gentle heat of the pink peppercorn comes through. Spread onto a piece of sourdough toast with some butter and then the marmalade spread over the top is just perfect. Highly recommend.
Even if you dont reach for marmalade usually, this is worth a try! Everything in the fizzel range is for people who love food, vic is an artist with flavour combinations.
This is just so delicious 😋 and I have never ever tasted anything with such a perfect balance between sweetness and the natural bitterness of grapefruit. I just love this jam and in my personal opinion it’s perfect.
